We currently use Australia Post to ship our products. They are sent via Express Post or Standard Parcel post. Although we have a high standard for processing your order the same day please allow 1 business day for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your tracking number via email.
When choosing economy international shipping we are not provided with a tracking number. We recommend choosing a method that supports this.
If you receive your item in a state that is not acceptable for any reason, please let us know by sending us a photo of your parcel, along with your order number. We will do our best to follow up on the situation quickly.
Each of our products is dealt with via a strict quality control process and we do all possible to provide you with products that have zero defects. However, if you do receive your item with defects/problems, we will replace it free of charge. Please provide photos along with your order number. You have 7 days from delivery to return your product to us.
Returns must meet the following requirements:
+ Tags must be attached
+ Goods must not have not been in contact with cologne or deodorant or any substance that may leave marks, stains or smells
+ Orders must be returned in original packaging
Returns will be covered by us. Simple get in contact with us and we will provide you with a shipping label to attach to your package. You have the option to use the original shipping package (ensure this is sealed correctly) or you will have to purchase your own bag/packing material.
