All orders that are placed before 2PM AEST (Queensland) will be shipped the same day.

(Please note during holiday/peak shopping periods this may not be possible due to overwhelming order limits)

If we believe your reason is valid we will refund you your order amount (Excludes Shipping Cost) and you keep your products.
