Shipping and Handling
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders that are placed before 2PM AEST (Queensland) will be shipped the same day.
(Please note during holiday/peak shopping periods this may not be possible due to overwhelming order limits)
What shipping Company do you use ?
We currently use Australia Post and offer the following shipping methods:

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship to all countries that are approved by Australia Post. Please see their website for a up to date list on included/excluded countries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are estimations only. These are provided by Australia Post:
Express: 2-3 Business Days
Parcel Post:: 4-7 Business Days

I have not received my order OR My order is taking to long to arrive?
If your order has not arrived or is taking longer then expected please contact us at: email@example.com
We will do our best to follow this up with Australia Post and provide you with a update.
Please allow 1-2 Business days after the expected delivery date before contacting us.
Refund / Exchange
What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
We are extremely confident you will love your order. If for some reason you are unsatisfied please reach out to us via email and let us know why.
If we believe your reason is valid we will refund you your order amount (Excludes Shipping Cost) and you keep your products.
My product is damaged or Faulty
We maintain strict standards in quality control with all of our products.
If however you find something that is not quite right please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a exchange or re-imbursement.
I received my order and its not correct?
We are all human and we all can make mistakes at times. Please check and confirm your products match your invoice.

I do not like my product and would like a refund
We understand that there are many factors to not liking something. In order to be eligible for a refund please make sure the following applies:
- Product has not come into contact with any aerosols/perfumes
- Original Tags are still attached
- Product is still in " As New" condition
